What is the refund policy?
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@phototakeoutfix.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed through Polar. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Is this a subscription?
No. One purchase unlocks full-library processing on up to 2 computers. The final price, taxes, and any license expiry are shown at checkout.
Can I move to another computer?
Open License in the desktop app and choose Deactivate this device while online. Then activate your key on the other computer, within your license’s device limit.
What if I’m offline?
A successfully validated license works offline for up to 30 days, or until its expiry date if earlier. Connect and choose Refresh license status to renew that offline window. Expired or revoked licenses do not grant paid access.
Which formats can it repair?
Capture date and location repairs are verified for JPEG and TIFF on Windows. Other discovered formats, including videos, are copied without metadata repairs. Missing or conflicting metadata is reported rather than guessed. Full-library access removes the file-count limit; it does not change format support.
