Free and full-library use

Free mode scans your complete library and processes up to 250 selected media files per repair job. A Full Library purchase removes the media-count limit and permits activation on up to 2 computers that you own or control.

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the app for your own libraries. Keep your license key private; do not publish or resell it. The software remains the property of its respective rights holders. Third-party software included with the app remains subject to its own licenses.

Purchasing and activation

Full Library is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price, applicable taxes, and any license expiry are displayed before you pay. Polar is the merchant of record and authorized reseller; it handles payment, receipts, and license delivery under its buyer terms.

Activation requires an internet connection. A previously validated license can work offline for up to 30 days after validation, subject to its expiry. Expired or revoked licenses do not unlock paid processing. Deactivate a computer in the app while online before moving its activation to another.

14-day full refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@phototakeoutfix.com with your order reference. You do not need to send your license key or photos. Refunds are processed through Polar. A refunded license no longer grants full-library access. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

What the app can repair

Repairs depend on reliable metadata in your export. JPEG and TIFF date and location repairs are verified on Windows. Other discovered formats are copied without metadata repair. Full Library does not add support for formats or repairs beyond those available in Free mode.

Keep a backup of your export and review the repair report before importing the output into another application. The app reads sources without changing them and writes to a separate destination. We cannot guarantee recovery of missing information or compatibility with every export or destination app.

Downloads, updates, and support

Download the app through our download page. The initial Windows installer is unsigned and may trigger Windows publisher or reputation warnings. Automatic updates are disabled for this release; check the download page for new versions and release notes.

For installation, activation, or repair questions, email support@phototakeoutfix.com. Include the app version and any error code, without attaching your library or license key. We do not promise a fixed response time or a particular schedule of future features or releases.
